1. Our Service
Taxi & Van Transfers provides private passenger transport services (taxi/van) in Athens and Attica, through a network of licensed partner drivers. This is not a metered taxi service — the price is agreed before departure.
2. Booking & Service Delivery
Bookings can be made through our online form or via WhatsApp. After booking:
Confirmation
You receive a confirmation to the email/phone you provided, with your trip details.
Driver assignment
We assign your trip to a partner driver, who will contact you before pickup (especially at the airport/port).
Flight/ship tracking
If you provided a flight or ship number, the driver adjusts the pickup time according to any delay.
Pickup & transfer
The driver picks you up from the exact location you provided and takes you to your destination — service "delivery" is complete upon your arrival.
3. Pricing
The price is calculated based on a fixed zone rate or a dynamic formula (distance/duration), and is shown on the form before booking. A night surcharge applies for trips between 23:30-05:30, in accordance with Greek taxi legislation.
4. Payment & Deposit
For bookings made through the online form, a 10% deposit of the total price is required, paid online through the secure Viva Payments (Viva Wallet) payment page at the time of booking. The remaining amount is paid directly to the driver (cash or card) upon completion of the trip. We do not store your card details — these are handled exclusively by Viva.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation by the customer:
- Cancellation 24+ hours before the scheduled pickup time: full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before: the deposit is non-refundable, as a vehicle/driver has already been reserved for you.
- No-show without prior notice: the deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellation by us: In the rare case that we are unable to serve your booking (e.g. no vehicle available), your deposit is refunded in full within 5 business days.

* The above timeframes (24 hours) are our default policy — contact us if you need special arrangements for group/corporate bookings.
6. Delays & Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by traffic congestion, weather conditions, strikes, or other force majeure events. We make every effort to inform you in a timely manner.
7. Liability
Our drivers hold the required license and passenger vehicle insurance, in accordance with Greek law. Our liability is limited to the correct execution of the agreed transfer.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Greek Law. The courts of Athens have exclusive jurisdiction.
